bodybuilding INSPIRATION = JEALOUSY? ✖️➕✖️When uh look at this photo. Does it inspire uh?... do uh believe I came from very humble beginnings... no help , little understanding , and many moments of  crippling loneliness working 7 days a week , for years on end to enjoy short moments like this. Or do uh sense a feeling of disappointment, jealousy, or shame triggered by your current life situation that makes uh judge me , mah life, or mah thoughts? Either way, know this. Uh’re a good person interpreting this image based on your current life’s perspective, and your life situation does not define uh. Growing up in a tough environment with many physical and psychological challenges... I had learned from a young age that the energy fields of inspiration , and jealousy are polar opposites but can be easily interchanged...when I felt a sense of jealousy towards someone or something , it made me realize that that must be something I desire... So instead of allowing that energy to turn into complaining, judging, and destroying any possible interaction with that person. I would reach out to that person looking for mentorship , tips , and anything I could use to achieve similar results.  Many people who I had any jealous feelings towards turned immediately into inspirations, and often , friends. Did uh see what happened there? The jealous energy was converted to inspiration and now uh’re on a constructive path towards your desires. Next time you feel the urge to speak out negatively about someone, reach out to them for advice and let the universe show uh the truth about that person and the truth about what it is , uh desire.

As a coach I am super proud of this young man, he has grown so much during his journey since June 2018 to now October 2019. It has been a marathon and not a sprint and his transformation journey continues.... @cj has put on muscle and gained strength whilst loosing fat... he has lost almost 30kgs of weight in this period and the weight is continuing to drop. The target of 100kg is near so we have decided to aim for 90/95kgs 💪🏼. First law of transforming your physique is the desire in you.

Above all “Consistency” is key when it comes to your training and nutrition to be effective. 
Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

bodybuilding Hit some bench tonight! 3x5 at 107.5kg! Was very weary of the bicep tonight but it seemed to only cause a bit of a niggle / nuisance!

The bicep is definitely the limiting factor in my bench at the minute!

Ziel ist es mich für die Deutsche Meisterschaft zu qualifizieren und meine erste Saison zufrieden abzuschließen.

bodybuilding No abs here but I’m living for it 😝
SO wild to see the differences in my first time attempting to bulk and this time!
Last year: s t r u g g l i n g to eat a measly 1800 calories. Always feeling bloated and full, not enjoying the food I was eating, not being able to meet my macros (way under the carbs and over allotted fats) 
This year: what a breeze so far! I’ve found foods that I can fully enjoy and getting enough protein isn’t a struggle. I’m genuinely surprised midday knowing that I’ve almost met all of my macros, I’m full but not miserable. 
Here’s to an adapting metabolism and about 6 more months of bulking and thickness 😝

As a coach I am super proud of this young man, he has grown so much during his journey since June 2018 to now October 2019. It has been a marathon and not a sprint and his transformation journey continues.... Chris has put on muscle and gained strength whilst loosing fat... So far he has lost almost 30kgs of weight and the fat continues to melting away. Our target of 100kg is near so we have decided to aim for 90/95kgs 💪🏼. Keep going champ 👊🏽. Jag kan lägga 1-2 h på träning varje dag och komma hem senare men fortfarande må bättre med mig själv utav det till skillnad från att strunta i det. Träningen får min kropp att må bra och inte MINST psykiskt bra! Träning är och kommer vara ett lyckopiller! Vad får dig att må bra?

What goes into getting stage lean is insane, and would probably shock most people; the normal gym goer would laugh at spending 3-4 hours a day in the gym through training and cardio but if that’s necessary, then it gets done.

If you’re wanting to get very lean; understand what you’ll have to do, what you’ll have to give, and sacrifice.

Know why you’re willing to do and be realistic with what you want to achieve 👌🏼 That way your goals will always be in reach.

And if you’re willing to do it all; literally anything. Then get after it 🦍.

Happy Thursday! It’s almost the weekend yet again!😁 Short week’s are nice and definitely fly by! Since I’ve been having some back tightness, today’s workout was focused on arms and cardio💪🏼🏃🏻‍♀️After this routine 3 times and a full arm workout ... needless to say my arms were completely dead by the end💀🙈

Today’s Bicep Burnout Routine is working down the EZ bar, from the widest grip, to a middle grip, to a close grip, with 8 reps at each grip💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 I could only handle 8 reps for each for 3 sets, but you could also lighten the weight and aim for 10-15 reps😊 Try it out and let me know what you think!! Have a great day🙌🏼
